Wilmette is a well-respected community that attracts families and empty-nesters alike. We have a rare opportunity in the Village to plan for our future and we need to balance housing, economic, environmental and social issues to create a master plan that is consistent with Village-wide needs, not just those of special interests.
I know how to work collaboratively to create this plan and deliver results. Specifically, we need to control our growing tax burden, exercise financial responsibility and add to the vibrancy of the Village center. Mcuh of this will be driven by the Master Plan effort starting soon.

VILLAGE MASTER PLAN
As we embark in the Village master planning effort we need a sound understanding of the impact that decisions made today will have on the Village in the future. Do we want to model ourselves after Evanston or Lake Forest or something completely different? The long term plan is vital for the continued commercial and residential vibrancy of the Village. I’ll bring my background in strategic planning, real estate, finance and economics to bear on this effort.
