I'm not one to list endorsements because it?s the individual that really matters to me in the Village. The best measure of success I have is the growth of my mailing list from referrals and internet requests -- it is much better than I ever expected. Over 700 people are willing read my message each week. 400 Village residents currently display my yard sign. Over 50 people have written to let me know they like my message and have voted already. The grass roots support is humbling and awesome.
However, in case you are keeping track, I received four endorsements in the Wilmette Life plus other support from the Board of Realtors, past Trustees, Village Managers, other Village leaders, etc. I have not looked for endorsements from any State of Federal politician nor have I asked for any campaign financing - I'm self-funded and do not have anyone looking for a return favor - not something my competition can claim.
